Cold days are wonderful days to snuggle up by the fire and spend time with your family. ?Therefore, I thought I would share images from this recent family session. This sweet family has not had family portraits taken since the girls were little. ??Jim wanted to give his wife Lesa a family portrait session for Christmas. ?We met up over the holidays while their girls were home from college. ?It was a cloudy day but we finished the session right before it started to rain (good timing). ?I actually found out that the day of the session was Lesa’s birthday. ?Of course I recommended they head to the ?Green Room for dinner afterwards (which they did and loved it as much as I do!) ?I always love getting to know my clients and was ecstatic ?when Jim sent me one of their Christmas letters prior to the session. ?It allowed me to get to know who they are and see a picture of their cute dachshund (which of course I adored right away as Lola is also a miniature Dachshund. ?I am glad they will have a Family photo for next years Christmas news letter! ?Enjoy!
