Cheyanne and Zacheriah {Greer SC Child Photographer}

Donna recently contacted me to schedule a photo shoot stating it had been several years since she had professional portraits taken of her two children. ?I hear this often from parents who have older children; I imagine extra sports practices, piano lessons, and homework time makes it more difficult to remember and schedule yearly portraits. ?I am always excited to capture older kids and create a fun experience for them where they can relax and enjoy themselves as this is where their personalities shine through and are captured.

I met up with Cheyanne and Zacheriah at Greer City Park a few weeks ago for their spring portraits during spring break. ?Unfortunately, the weather did not feel like spring that chilly, cloudy morning. ?These two did not complain once and were willing to explore the park with me despite the weather. ?I actually love shooting on cloudy days as I have more options for portrait set ups outdoors without having to worry about harsh sun shadows and squinting.

I loved Cheyanne’s vintage inspired sun dress with accents of lace.?Simple colors always work well for portrait sessions and Zacheriah’s robin egg blue shirt and khakis looked great as well!
